The QUA-VAC DOSING UNIT will keep your piping clean direct from the start, or will clean your piping after a few years.

It is very annoying to establish that the blackwater piping of your vacuum toilet system is blocked during the years. Most of the time aggressive fluids are used or even piping has to be renewed to prevent a total blockage of the system.

QUA-VAC offers a simple solution. QUA-VAC B.V. developed the MDQ 08.
A unique automatic dosing system in combination with the vacuum principle and 2 effective fluids. This application reduces and prevents the built-up of organic matter, urine stone and limestone in black water piping systems.

In case of blocking we recommend the use of two different kind of fluids. The first fluid, VACUCLEAN STRONG, will clean the piping system almost completely. The second fluid, VACUCLEAN LIGHT, will be used to prevent any built-up of these organic materials in the future.

For new build vessels only VACUCLEAN LIGHT is recommended, during the dosing process the operability of your vacuum toilet system is guaranteed.

The dosing unit itself can be delivered in all required voltages such as 115V or 220V.
