At World Water Day 2026, our colleagues JB Venkatakrishnan and Ajith Jose did a wonderful presentation about vacuum sewer technology.
This year’s theme was “Water & Gender: where water flows, equality grows”. It reminded us how critical safe water and sanitation are in advancing gender equality and inclusive development globally, a message underscored by the United Nations.
The event was proudly organised by the Indian Water Works Association (IWWA) Kerala centre and the Association of Public Health Engineers Kerala (APHEK), bringing together water professionals to exchange insights and innovations in water technology and services.
