Kiwa Quality Mark for vacuum toilets with backflow preventer
On October 1, 2019, Qua-vac officially received the Kiwa safety certificate. This means that the vacuum toilets with applied backflow prevention comply with the NEN-EN 1717 : 2000 “Protection against contamination of drinking water in water installations and general requirements for devices to prevent contamination by backflow.”
In order to comply, a certification application had to be made KIWA for BRL-K14011. This has now been officially granted and we have received certification not only for the Netherlands, but via Belgaqua also for Belgium.
