On Thursday the 6th of April we welcomed students for a project called ‘Almere On Stage’. 12 students visited our office in Almere to learn more about two different professions at our company: technology/production and marketing.
From design drawing to testing a self-made product and from mindmap to vision board, it was a creative afternoon. A day where we could share our passion for the profession and Qua-vac and could enthuse the students for our profession.
One group of the students made their own piece of our interface mechanism and tested them real-live. The other group made a mindmap and vision board for Qua-vac. At both sides a very productive and creative afternoon! We were glad to enthuse the students for our professions.About Almere On Stage
About Almere On Stage
Almere On Stage is part of a national project, which has been done for fifteen years and is now being implemented eighteen regions in the Netherlands. The project starts with a network meeting between students and business companies. At the meeting both parties try to make a ‘match’. When the match is being made, the student is invited at the company for a work experience at a specific profession. This event fits our vision and core values. It is important to introduce the new generation to the business world, to help them make a good career choice later on.
