The best running supermarket in Tilburg was equipped with a vacuum condensation wastewater system after a renovation of about three weeks. The supermarket has become even larger, hypermodern and CO2 neutral.
The entire supermarket was equipped with the vacuum system. No chopping and breaking was required because all the vacuum pipes run through the ceiling.
Not only the refrigeration is connected to the vacuum system, but also the sushi bar, butcher’s shop, kitchen, scrub pits and sinks. Everything is drained to a central point, where the vacuum unit is located. The vacuum system provides cost savings, among other things, due to quick installation, compared to the conventional method.
